QUALITY ENGINE REBUILDS

· The Rear Main Bearing Area is Checked to See if a Wider Thrust Cut is Necessary.
All the parts to be installed are of the highest quality available.
· The Crankshaft is Magnafluxed 1^st to Check for Cracks.
· It is Then Reground to The Next Closest Size and Polished.
· The Rods are Reconditioned, Sized, Rebushed and Balanced.
· The Camshaft is Optional:
® You can have a reconditioned (reground) one or new (the cost difference is minimal).
· The Lifters are reground or new as per your choice. (the cost difference is minimal).
· There are all new bearings used for the Crankshaft, For the Rods and for the Camshaft.

NOW THAT THE BOTTOM END IS TOGETHER WE START OUTWARD!!!!!

· The next item to be installed is the oil pump. The pumps we use are new and usually of higher output.
· Next come the Pistons and Cylinder sets. All are brand new complete matched sets include: Pistons,Cylinders, Rings, Pins & Clips.

NOW WE ARE ON TO THE HEADS: Assembled with all new parts.
· New Complete Head assembles are what we use on our normal rebuilds.
· We Use All New Push Rod Tubes, Sump Screen & All New Seals.
· We Install & Set End Play With Resurfaced Flywheel.

We Offer our motors in Longblock form or installed into your car. When you have us install the longblock you also receive the following services:
· All you sheetmetal is stripped and repainted.
· We check all your external motor parts during disassembly and advise on anything we feel should be replaced. (IE. Clutch Parts, Exhaust System, Belts, Distributor, Hoses, Fuel Line Etc.)

OUR WARRANTY IS 18 MONTHS OR 18,000 MILES

Your engine case must be rebuildable, to our standards – NO cracks, NO Crank bore too large, NO spread center main area and the thrust area not past our acceptable limits.
